FITS PHILOSOPHY

The best wrestlers love it the most! If you want your athlete's passion for the sport to grow, you need to be in our program. Our challenging practices are both fun and engaging all while teaching 'All-American' technique in an entertaining way!

As a year-round training academy, our goal is to build a better athlete. Being great at wrestling is important, but building character through the challenges of the sport is what our sport is really about. We want winners on and off the mat! You will find passion, positive energy, and great people at every FITS practice. We hope you consider joining us for training!

2022 Recap

2022 was a great year for our sport as a whole. Many programs from the college to the youth level were able to resume 'normal' competition seasons. Our program specifically was very thankful to be able to get back into school buildings.

Some highlights in 2022...

Over 200 athletes got to learn from 12 D1 All-Americans and 11 college coaches at our 6 camps this summer
We raised over $12,000 during our Day of Giving on May 1st to bring in our camp clinicians
We had over 125 people attend our banquet at Merry Meadows.
I started my 5th season as McDaniel's Asst Coach. We finished the season 9-9 in duals, had a program record 4 conference champions, and won the E-Town Invitational!
On June 9th, I was able to attend Final X in NYC. This event is the wrestle-off for Team USA to see who gets to wrestle at the world championships
On June 3rd, 2022, My wife Rebecca and I celebrated 10 years of Marriage!
