The best wrestlers love the sport! If you want your athlete's passion for the sport to grow, you need to be in our program. Our challenging practices are both fun and engaging all while teaching cutting edge technique in an entertaining way!
As a year-round training academy,
our main goal is building character through the challenges wrestling presents. We want to make champions on the mat and mold citizens who will make a positive impact on the world. You will be glad you became part of the #FITSFaithful!

Spring Highlights
Our Spring Session was well attended as many of our students continued with 'post-season' tournaments. 10 FITS students were able to accomplish the challenging feat of earning PJW State Place Winner or MAWA Eastern National All-American. It was also a lot fun changing over to freestyle instruction!
Day of Giving
Our Day of Giving on May 1st was a huge success as we raised over $18,000! These funds were used to cover the cost of the banquet, purchase free gear for students, and fund our camp clinicians/coaches.
Banquet
The banquet, which was hosted by Merry Meadows Campground, was attended by over 100 people. Students had a great time playing mini golf, earning prizes in our 'Olympic Decathlon', jumping in the bounce house, and eating Son's of Sicily pizza.
Summer Camps
Our summer camps were a HUGE hit again this year. 150 kids attended our 5 camps this year. They got the chance to interact, learn from, and get pics/autographs from 10+ NCAA All-Americans and college coaches. The daily track workouts in 90+ degree weather are still something the kids have nightmares about!
Fall Session
Although attendance was down in the Fall, likely due to other sports and lack of tournaments, the students who did come showed rapid improvement. We focused on the 'FITS Four' and students are currently crushing opponents with those four series of moves! It was a fun learning experience doing strength training at our practices.
