Camp Schedule​
8am: Early Drop-Off
9am: Technique w/ clinician of the day
11:30am: Coach's Talk/Interview
Noon: Track Workout (*Pack sneakers!)
12:30: Lunch (*Pack your own! Healthy and light)
1:30pm: Games/R&R
2pm: Competition Tournament
4pm: Pick Up
5pm: Camp Closes
*Morning and afternoons schedules may be switched depending on which session the guest clinician is leading

Things to know
-Ages 7-18
-$200/Camp; $100 for host school athletes
-Siblings and those registering for multiple camps will receive a 20% discount
-You can pay 1/2 price and come for half days if that fits your schedule better
-Things to bring: Wrestling gear, Refillable 2+ Water bottles, a healthy lunch, running shoes, an extra shirt, & hygiene products
-There will be a water and gatorade cooler available at all times (no cups, must bring a bottle)
